	Until the securitization markets open back up FMD will have a tough time, so I would wait until then. I don't know how long it will take. If one's view is that student loan securitizations are a thing of the past, FMD is a sell. If you think the credit crunch will pass at some point, then averaging down at that point would make sense. I am not of the belief that student loans are "the next subprime" bubble to burst. As for TERI, FMD may choose to diversify into other guarantors in the future, but actual loan data does not support the media headlines that the sky is falling.
